Our Returns Policy

Here at Ease the Feet, we are confident that you will be happy with any products you purchase from us. However, in the unlikely event that you wish to return an item, this must be done so within 31 days from the date of delivery. Please ensure that you notify us in writing of your intention to return your order at the following email address: customerservices@easethefeet.co.uk.

The customer is responsible for the cost of the return postage. However, you may be eligible for Free Returns using Paypal’s ‘Return Shipping on Us’ service. More information can be found here. The item must be in an unworn condition, in its original packaging and with all tags in order to be fully refunded. The item must also be returned with the original proof of purchase. It is advised that you obtain a proof of postage as Ease the Feet will not be held liable for returned packages lost in transit.

If the above conditions are met, refunds will be issued within 48 hours of receiving the returned product. It may take 5-7 days before the money appears in your account, depending on your bank. In the case of faulty or damaged goods, the customer must notify us of the issue within 14 days of purchase by calling 01704 398878 or emailing: customerservices@easethefeet.co.uk.

Additional postage costs, such as next day delivery will not be refunded.
